Coit Road Medical Office Building
This project included the construction of a 32,000 square-foot
medical office building with an underground controlled-access
parking garage. The site for this project was extremely tight, with
the building and sitework occupying 90% of the land. This made for
difficult construction, requiring careful sequencing of all trades
allowing for minimal overlap of trades and just-in-time material
deliveries. The building itself consists of a porcelain tile, glass
and stucco exterior with a barrel-vault roof. This project was
successfully completed in just 10 ½ months.
