Cedar Hill Town Center III
This retail center addition consisted of two separate
single-story, tilt-wall buildings in Cedar Hill Town Centre. The
exterior structure is comprised of a combination of synthetic
stone, stucco and paint. The key component to ensuring a successful
project was coordination and teamwork from the owner's contractors
as well as Scott + Reid's team of subcontractors. The project scope
consisted of all site work and underground utilities, landscaping
and irrigation and all retail-ready paving. This retail addition
was complete within six months of project commencement.
