Frisco Square
Scott + Reid was hired to construct this two-story multi-purpose
building in Frisco's pristine Frisco Square. Our Project
Management team partnered with Frisco Square's Development team to
create a space that would welcome retail, restaurant and office
tenants. The overall structure is comprised of both brick and cast
stone and features a glass panel storefront. The project depended
heavily on teamwork and communication, as it required the existing
underground utilities and infrastructure to be re-worked to
accommodate the power and water requirements of the building. The
project was completed in less than five months - Scott + Reid was
then hired to finish-out a second floor law office in the
building.
