Village at Eldorado
This single-story, tilt-wall building was the final addition to
this retail center in Little Elm, Texas. Scott + Reid was hired to
perform the base building construction, comprised of a combination
of synthetic stone, stucco and paint. The general scope of work
included pad-site utilities, final retail-ready paving and all
landscape and irrigation installation. Upon completion, this
three-suite retail building was able to reach full occupancy.
