Dean Foods
This long-term client hired Scott + Reid to perform a complete
remodel of ten floors in an existing commercial high-rise office
building in Dallas, Texas. The finish-out consisted of multi-story
atriums throughout, the removal and construction of new staircases,
and Won Doors at the Executive areas. Due to the fast-paced nature
of this project, the construction team (based in Chicago and
Dallas) thrived on open communication and extensive coordination
with all subcontractors and vendors. This project was
completed in June of 2010.
