When this Texas based client decided to relocate its
headquarters, Scott + Reid partnered
with the construction manager, the design team and other
specialized consultants to create this clean, modern space in one
of Dallas' newest "green" buildings. Developing budgets as the
design team worked through the preliminary designs allowed the
project to move smoothly from the design phase to construction
without delays or cost overruns. In addition, we successfully
coordinated the construction while working with the base building
contractor and other tenant contractors in a very busy environment
with limited building resources.
Scott + Reid met the design, budget and schedule challenge and
created a top line office environment along with two retail bank
lobbies that exceeded the clients' expectations.
