Scott + Reid partnered with the construction manager and design
team to relocate this high-profile tenant to a high-rise office
building downtown Fort Worth. The building itself was undergoing
major renovations at the time. Scott + Reid worked closely with
building management and ownership to coordinate the project
schedule with the current renovations to ensure successful
completion. The finish-out of this project consisted of 2 ½ floors
with a new wood stairway built in lobby, powered sliding glass 15'
x 10' doors, white oak panels on stairway and in lobby, as well as
a data center with an A/C condenser unit and an emergency natural
gas generator.
