The Ware Firm
Scott + Reid was hired to complete this first-generation
penthouse. The expectation was to not only highlight the tenant's
art collection, but to create a calm and serene work space for this
law firm. Collaboration and communication were key to the success
of this project - the custom wood floor was designed and installed
by a tenant-hired subcontractor and the custom metal doors were
outsourced from Mexico. The space features a private cigar bar and
restroom, stone feature wall, private elevator lobby and custom
restrooms within the space. Clean lines highlighted the space from
the front doors through the gallery and into the private
offices.
