Scott + Reid converted this commercial office space into a
corporate headquarters, complete with a 27,000 square-foot biopsy
review laboratory. This long-standing client engaged Scott +
Reid to provide construction management services for their new
facility. We provided site selection assistance, conceptual design,
preliminary and final budgeting through to completed construction.
The multi-million dollar conversion included the renovation of a
three-story atrium, several large training and break-out meeting
rooms, a new shipping/receiving loading dock, extensive
modifications to the existing parking structure, additional
elevators, and very high-end finishes throughout the facility.
