Med Fusion
Scott + Reid converted this existing artillery development and
production facility into a pathology office and clinical laboratory
global headquarters. Med Fusion, a newly formed
pharmaceutical research and development company, hired Scott + Reid
to build-out its new global headquarters. In order to
transform this existing building from military use to an office and
clinical laboratory facility, Scott + Reid worked very closely with
the tenant, building owner, architect and engineers. The
overall project included the complete finish-out of a biopsy review
lab, research and development lab, Biosafety level 3 lab,
controlled-access cryobank, clinical trial area, and office
space. Scott + Reid was also responsible for re-branding
the building with a new facade and significant exterior
modifications.
