Scott + Reid recently added three LEED certified projects to our
portfolio: Energy Future Holdings, TXU Sierra, and Lockheed
Martin.
- Energy Future Holdings included the restack of 150,000 square
feet in downtown Dallas. Upon review in 2010, EFH was awarded a
LEED CI-Gold Certification.
- TXU Sierra included the complete renovation of three floors,
totaling 250,000 square feet. In addition to three Innovation in
Design credits, this project achieved LEED CI-Silver
Certification.
- Lockheed Martin included the remodel of 60,000 square feet of
simulation and training space. This project is currently under
review for LEED certification.
