Energy Future Holdings LEED CI — Gold Certified
A repeat client turned to Scott + Reid to complete a "green"
renovation of its existing high-rise headquarters. Materials
harvested during demolition were recycled or re-used as structural
and/or decorative elements. The project management team coordinated
the re-stacking of nine floors - meaning EFH employees
continued to work in the existing space throughout the entire
project. This project recently earned a LEED-CI Gold Certification
- the first of its kind in the State of Texas.
