An existing client hired Scott + Reid to partner with them in
completing the demolition and remodel of this 20 year old building
lobby. Construction included the complete renovation of a
two-floor atrium including a new stairwell system with glass fronts
and stainless railing, as well as stone flooring throughout with
two-story wood pillars added. The project also included the
renovation of all common areas, public corridors and restrooms to
meet ADA standards. This project demanded a high level of
coordination with the tenant security contractor and close
communication with the project architect and
engineer to maintain existing MEP systems.
