Bent Tree Green
An existing client approached Scott + Reid with the task of
giving an out-dated building a fresh look from top to bottom,
inside and out. The interior atriums, once large fountains, were
transformed into serene gardens with multiple seating areas. The
elevator cabs in the front lobby were painted, a louvered design by
Scott + Reid was applied to create a feature wall and frosted film
was applied to obscure the elevator shafts that were part of the
original building design. The exterior portion of work consisted of
new signage, an updated façade and planter boxes. In addition,
Scott + Reid handled the contract and coordination of the
landscaping company to complete the top to bottom renovation of
this existing building.
