The Tower at Lake Carolyn
A long-time client hired Scott + Reid to complete the
transformation of an open breezeway between the parking garage and
building to create a new closed-in building lobby. The scope
of work for this project included the installation of two new
curtain walls to close in the breezeway, a new security desk in the
lobby and the reworking of their front driveway with additional
landscaping. This project also included converting a portion
of the existing parking garage into a new management office,
conference center, fitness center, full locker rooms, and a
building deli for which the project team saw cut a portion of the
parking garage to create an outdoor terrace.
