Scott + Reid wishes to thank its clients and partners
for their partnership and loyalty in 2010. We believe every project
is a new opportunity to build success for our clients, and we
remain highly committed to working beyond clients' project desires
to deliver the highest quality construction projects and service
satisfaction from start to finish.
2010 proved to be a notable year of growth for Scott + Reid in a
variety of markets, including general interior finishes, projects
in Fort Worth and surrounding areas, law offices and multiple
projects throughout CityPlace.
Working our way to the top
CityPlace Tower is a 42-story building in Dallas, known for its
meeting, conference and special event space. Scott + Reid was hired
to complete the 368,000 square foot Headquarters for Dean Foods, in
addition to a 30,000 square foot modern, open and funtional space
for Headington Oil as well as projects for Hudson Advisors, MYSA,
McGlinchy Stafford and multiple kitchen locations throughout the
building.
Moving West one project at a time
550 Bailey, a fresh, modern, Class A corporate office building
in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts district was a frequent setting for
Scott + Reid work in 2010, having recently completed building
renovations and specialty suites for the following: Robert Baird,
TSFW CPA, Allied Cementing, Kapp & Miller, James Holliday, GSE
and First Financial.
At Green Oaks Plaza, we completed a 50,000 square foot project
for Lockheed Martin, as well as a 30,000 square foot project for
the Art Institute of Fort Worth. In addition, we
were hired by ITT to complete their space.
Guilty as charged
A large portion of Scott + Reid's work in 2010 was for law
offices such as Blum Firm, Blais Hightower, McDonald Sanders, Sage
Miltenberger, Crouch & Ramey, Payne Mitchell and Krage &
Janvey. Ranging from 8,000 square foot projects to 20,000 square
foot projects in size, project scope ranged from phased renovations
to high-end finish-outs.
Here we grow again
In addition to the before mentioned projects, Scott + Reid had
the opportunity to team with long-term clients and architects to
expand our knowledge and experience in various other sectors on
projects such as:
Egon Zehnder International, Plains Capital Bank, Dahlgren Duck,
Majestic Liquors, General Motors, Women of Faith, Palm Harbor
Homes, NorthPark Presbyterian Church and Travis Wolf
