Brookview Capital, an affiliate of Hersh Family Investments, chose Scott + Reid to execute the interior finish-out of their new space when they relocated to the North Campus of Old Parkland in Dallas, Texas.
At the client’s request, the team researched Brookview’s previous build-out to match finishes utilized at their old lease space. Elements incorporated into their 7,500-square-foot office include a distinctive slate stone entry wall, limestone floor tile with a wood flooring perimeter, custom-built wood office fronts, unique light fixtures, and a break area comprised of natural stone topped counters, custom cabinetry and a wood slat ceiling.
Scott + Reid overcame several challenges throughout the duration of the project. Working behind the base building contractor, still in the throes of completing the base building, and in tangent with other general contractors completing surrounding tenant spaces necessitated constant communication to maintain access to the lease space and coordinate delivery of materials. The end result was a successful project execution that achieved the client’s desire to preserve the integrity of their former space.
