Over a 16-month period, Scott + Reid partnered with Stream Realty to complete numerous capital improvements for the newly rebranded Pinnacle Tower, a Class A office building located at the high-profile intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway. Project work included renovations to the main lobby, elevator lobbies, and restrooms on five floors. New amenities include a fitness center with locker rooms, coffee kiosk, full-service restaurant, tenant lounge with custom bar and wood wine lockers and an outdoor patio. Multiple suites have been white-boxed for potential tenant lease. Scott + Reid worked closely with building management to limit disruption to tenants while working in high traffic areas. Extreme care was taken to ensure project sites were clean and safety risks were mitigated.
