Pearl Energy

PROJECT DETAILS

Scott + Reid delivered a high-end 8,779-square-foot office buildout for Pearl Energy Investments within the prestigious Old Parkland East campus in Dallas, Texas. The project reflects the precision and craftsmanship required for premier Class A office remodels in one of the city’s most exclusive office environments.

The space includes executive offices, boardrooms, and collaboration areas defined by veneer panels, tambour wood millwork, engineered hardwood flooring, and custom stone surfaces. A 24-foot ceiling height anchors the space, enhanced by specialty acoustical ceilings, radius transitions, integrated lighting, and advanced AV systems. The reception and feature areas incorporate Venetian plaster, decorative glass, metal veneer, and custom inset branding, creating a refined arrival experience aligned with Old Parkland’s standard. Demountable glass systems, custom storefront entries, and matched office fronts provide flexibility while maintaining design continuity throughout.

Execution within an occupied, high-security environment required detailed planning and sequencing. With no service elevator access, materials were staged through a temporary façade opening, and construction was carefully sequenced to accommodate 24-foot ceiling conditions and lift constraints. Multiple design iterations were incorporated throughout construction to meet evolving requirements.

This project highlights Scott + Reid’s expertise in high-end office remodels and Class A corporate interiors, delivering complex, design-driven environments within one of Dallas’ most demanding and prestigious office settings.
