    New hires are onboarded with clear expectations, and ongoing training keeps teams current with regulations, best practices, and site-specific needs. We invest in comprehensive continuous learning programs that equip our employees with safe work procedures and hazard recognition skills.
  • Jobsite Inspections
    Regular audits, daily check-ins, and job hazard analyses ensure that what’s written in the manual shows up in the field, every day.
  • Tools + Compliance
    We integrate safety into our Procore workflows and use OpenSpace 360° imaging to document progress, flag risks, and support real-time oversight.
  • Subcontractor Accountability
    Our subcontractors are part of the team. And they’re held to the same standards we set for ourselves through orientation, onboarding, and active jobsite involvement.
  • Certified Field Leadership
    All Superintendents hold current First Aid/CPR/AED credentials and OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certifications based on project scope. These are baseline expectations, not aspirational goals.
