Scott + Reid delivered a 4,262-square-foot Class A office buildout for Storgate at Old Parkland in Dallas, creating a sophisticated workplace for the family investment and wealth management firm. Located within one of Dallas’ most prestigious office campuses, the first-generation space provides an elevated setting for Storgate’s team, clients, and investment partners.
The office combines refined materials with architectural details that complement Old Parkland. Custom millwork and wood veneer panels carry through the reception and office areas, complemented by premium demountable glass fronts, floating ceilings, millwork portals, and integrated AV. Architectural ceiling features take advantage of the space’s nearly 20-foot deck height. Building within an occupied, high-end campus required careful coordination with Old Parkland and neighboring tenants. Scott + Reid protected existing finished spaces while coordinating new mechanical, electrical, and building systems around existing construction. Specialty ceilings and long-lead materials also required strategic scheduling to maintain progress without compromising the design.
The result is a tailored Class A office environment that reflects Storgate’s business and the quality expected at Old Parkland. The project highlights Scott + Reid’s experience delivering high-end Dallas office renovations and commercial construction in complex, design-driven environments.
