INVEST: Capital Analytics Association – Interviews John Robison, Principal & Vice President of Operations, Scott + Reid

Recently, INVEST: magazine from Capital Analytics Associates interviewed Vice President of Operations John Robison, a principal at Scott + Reid. “When we think about milestones, a few stand out: expanding our presence across major Texas markets, growing our ground-up division, and continuing to strengthen our capabilities in high-end interiors, retail, and hospitality. These were intentional moves that positioned us to serve clients in a more comprehensive way,” he said.

ON OPPORTUNITIES 

For Scott + Reid, Robison looks forward to continued growth in commercial construction in Texas and beyond – particularly in office construction and retail.
 
“The corporate interiors market remains strong, especially as companies rethink how they use office space post-pandemic. As office environments evolve, there’s a tremendous opportunity to create flexible, collaborative, and tech-enabled spaces. With our expanding footprint in Houston and Dallas, we are well-positioned to meet the growing demand for these types of environments in key markets,” he shared. 
 
He discussed how retail is also evolving as brands look for spaces that are more experiential and customized to local markets.
