Scott + Reid General Contractors is proud to welcome Kim Eads as Business Development Manager, leading sales, business development and new pursuits throughout the Greater Houston market. In her new role, Kim will focus on expanding Scott + Reid’s Houston presence, developing client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities across the commercial construction market.
Kim brings 10 years of real estate experience and a strong understanding of the Houston market, with expertise in office leasing, marketing and tenant negotiations. Her hands-on, service-oriented approach and experience working closely with property owners and clients make her a natural fit for Scott + Reid’s relationship-driven approach to business development.
