EmployBridge, the nation’s largest industrial staffing company, hired Scott + Reid for the build-out of their new 38,754-square-foot office. Located at Park West in Farmers Branch, Texas, the lease features a balance of executive and private offices, open workstations, varying-sized conference areas, multiple team pods, and a large training room.
Reflecting their brand identity, custom wall graphics and vibrant colors adorn the lobby, boardroom, and breakroom. Additional design highlights include a custom 21-by-6-foot book-matched stone conference table, suspended and open-to-deck ceilings, a specialty lighting package, premium carpet and tile flooring, and banquette seating.
To meet the client’s condensed timeframe, Scott + Reid contracted, scheduled, and coordinated installation of all audio/visual, sound masking, data cabling and security system vendors into the general contractor scope. The finished outcome reflects the work environment promoted by the client: flexible, team-oriented, innovative, and fun.
