As Abilene Christian University expanded its presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, they partnered with Scott + Reid to bring their Addison campus vision to life. The goal: create a space that reflects ACU’s mission while supporting modern learning, collaboration, and community.
The interior build-out includes private offices, training and conference rooms, open work areas, and welcoming common spaces—all designed with a balance of form and function. Custom details, like scripture-etched granite and specialty lighting, bring the university’s values into the physical environment.
Working closely with university and design teams, we helped align the vision with the budget through thoughtful value engineering. When code challenges threatened the glass-front entry, our team developed a creative solution that preserved the original design intent without delay.
The result is a warm, purpose-driven space that supports ACU’s continued growth—and a partnership that has since expanded into additional projects.
