As the city of Allen continues to grow, its leaders trusted Scott + Reid to create a new home for the Allen Economic Development Corporation at One Bethany East. Selected for our strong local reputation and expertise, we completed a 4,372-square-foot build-out designed to reflect the city’s vibrant spirit and heritage.
The space features a gallery hallway showcasing a timeline of Allen’s history, providing a unique connection to the community’s story. The build-out also includes flexible work areas, a coffee bar, private offices, and a spacious boardroom—designed to support collaboration and decision-making.
