The expansion transformed adjacent office space into a seamless extension of the firm’s headquarters, adding attorney offices, conference rooms, reception, and support spaces while maintaining the design, quality, and craftsmanship of the original office. High-end finishes include full-height glass office fronts, Italian tile, custom millwork, specialty art lighting, and distinctive architectural panels.
Designed to support the privacy and performance expected in today’s legal environment, the project incorporates enhanced acoustic construction and floor-to-deck assemblies to maximize speech privacy. Completed within an occupied Class A office tower, the expansion demonstrates Scott + Reid’s ability to help law firms grow without compromising quality, functionality, or the client experience.
