Scott + Reid partnered with Buff City Soap to bring their brand to life in a vibrant 20,757-square-foot retail and support center in Dallas. Designed to reflect Buff City’s artisanal, plant-based identity, the space blends natural materials with bold, modern touches to create an immersive shopping experience and an inspiring workspace.
At the heart of the design is a greenhouse-inspired flex space featuring wood trellises, reeded glass, and woven pendant lighting—offering a bright, open environment where customers feel connected to the brand’s organic roots. Custom millwork showcases products beautifully, while playful brand details—like the mosaic tile entry reading “You Smell Nice”—set a welcoming tone.
The layout balances inviting retail areas with functional zones, including a stylish coffee bar, curated shelving, and open product displays that encourage exploration. Behind the scenes, private offices and boardrooms support daily operations without disrupting the customer experience.
