Scott + Reid partnered with CBRE to renovate and expand their 120,000+ square-foot office in Richardson, Texas, delivering a two-phase interior transformation focused on flexibility, functionality, and brand alignment.
Phase one introduced open work areas, acoustic panels, custom wood finishes, and banquette seating—creating a dynamic, collaborative environment. A striking internal staircase, with glass rails, steel framing, and a terracotta feature wall, connects the two floors and anchors the space.
Phase two added 55,000 square feet of workspace, including IT support areas, a virtual reality room, and a modern library. Finishes mirrored the original build, maintaining design continuity with open ceilings, glass conference rooms, and premium flooring and millwork.
Delivered through close collaboration, the result is a future-ready workplace built to support CBRE’s evolving needs.
