Located on a tight site where the building and site work occupied 90% of the land, the project demanded meticulous sequencing of trades and precisely timed material deliveries to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts.
The striking exterior blends porcelain tile, glass, and stucco, crowned by a distinctive barrel-vault roof that sets this facility apart architecturally. Completed in under 11 months, the project showcases Scott + Reid’s expertise in navigating challenging site constraints while delivering a high-quality, functional medical space that meets the needs of practitioners and patients alike.
