Built from concrete tilt-wall panels on a 12-acre site, the facility includes nearly 16,000 square feet of modern office space for executive, administrative, and support teams—alongside over 130,000 square feet of purpose-built manufacturing space designed to streamline production and distribution.
This ground-up project supports Col-Met’s operational growth with durable construction, efficient layout planning, and the infrastructure needed for long-term industrial performance.
