Located within one of Dallas’ premier Class A office towers, Scott + Reid completed this 5,814-square-foot office for a confidential energy operating company. Designed to support both executive leadership and daily collaboration, the workplace features premium finishes, custom millwork, open ceiling elements, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces that reflect the quality expected in Dallas’ premier office environments.
The office includes glass-front offices and conference rooms, a welcoming reception area, and a hospitality-inspired breakroom featuring architectural wood accents, custom banquette seating, an island kitchen, and blue-green mosaic tile. A slatted feature wall creates separation between the reception area and breakroom, while a custom acoustic baffle ceiling adds visual interest and enhances performance in the conference room.
Renovating space within The Crescent required careful planning and coordination. Scott + Reid successfully implemented a newly released RACO glass office front system and developed a custom solution for the acoustic ceiling system to maintain the project’s design intent. Despite the challenges of working within an iconic, occupied Class A office building, the project was completed on an accelerated schedule with exceptional quality.
