As part of its Houston expansion, renowned architecture firm Corgan selected Scott + Reid to build out its new office on the 30th floor of 9 Greenway Plaza, a premier Class A, LEED Silver-certified tower.
This custom interior build-out blends high-performance design with standout architectural features that reflect Corgan’s brand and creative energy. The space showcases a 70-foot curved bench handcrafted from over 3,000 wood pieces, a kinetic agility wall with movable pegs, and layered branding elements that bring depth and dimension to the environment.
The project features a mix of private offices, collaboration zones, and open work areas with polished finishes like wood ceilings, D-Hive glass fronts, custom millwork, and designer lighting. A wellness room, training spaces, and amenity-rich break areas enhance the employee experience.
