Scott + Reid proudly partnered with Cushman & Wakefield to deliver the interior finish-out of their new corporate office in the prestigious McKinney & Olive tower in Uptown Dallas. This project united three recently merged teams into a seamless, modern workspace designed to embody Cushman & Wakefield’s brand and collaborative culture.
With a dynamic schedule and numerous long-lead items, Scott + Reid’s proactive management and close collaboration with the client and design team ensured a smooth, efficient process that met all deadlines without compromising quality. The team expertly coordinated phased deliveries and installations to maintain steady progress.
The completed office features custom design highlights including a steel, wood, and glass interstitial stair, glass pivot doors that create flexible conference spaces, and steel-and-wood benches integrated with planters—combining style and function in a sophisticated Uptown setting. This project strengthens Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in one of Dallas’s premier business districts and reflects Scott + Reid’s expertise in delivering high-end, complex office environments on time and on budget.
