Scott + Reid constructed a 42,600-square-foot, four-story medical office building with an attached 28,600-square-foot parking garage on a 1.5-acre site in Plano. The facility provides comprehensive primary care and outpatient services designed to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
With extensive experience in healthcare construction, we delivered a modern design featuring multi-colored stucco, a glass curtainwall framed by Nichiha panels, and dark bronze storefronts. Interior highlights include dual elevator banks, advanced HVAC controls, polished concrete floors, premium lighting, and a reclaimed wood accent wall. The project also included full site work, landscaping, and utilities.
Scott + Reid also completed an 8,656-square-foot tenant finish-out for North Texas Preferred Health Partners, providing a turnkey medical space tailored to their unique requirements.
