Scott + Reid partnered with Elite Body Sculpture to relocate and build out their advanced cosmetic surgery center within Dallas’ Crescent Center. This 6,200-square-foot surgical facility includes consultation, procedure, and overnight recovery rooms, as well as a tranquil reception area designed to support patient comfort and clinical efficiency. Critical to the build was raising the mezzanine ceiling to accommodate specialized HVAC systems with increased airflow essential for surgical environments. The space features durable, easy-to-clean finishes like white oak tile flooring and quartz millwork, along with carefully designed lighting to create a calming yet functional atmosphere. Located in a luxury shopping complex courtyard with limited access, the project required precise logistics coordination and 24/7 sensitivity to the client’s continuous patient care.
