When architects choose you to build their space, it speaks volumes. ENTOS Design selected Scott + Reid to renovate and combine three former suites—including a bank and insurance office—into a 12,000-square-foot modern workspace in Dallas.
Completed on a fast-tracked 12-week schedule, the interior renovation included full demolition and creative reconfiguration, most notably converting a former steel bank vault into a quiet lounge with acoustical felt and a suspended wood ceiling. Additional features include a conference room with integrated AV and lighting, a presentation-ready library, and an open breakroom with cove seating and custom tile.
Polished concrete floors, wood baffle ceilings, marble and granite accents, and brushed ductwork add warmth and industrial character, while private offices framed in glass and aluminum maximize light and function.
With another Scott + Reid team simultaneously upgrading the building’s main lobby, close coordination ensured seamless delivery—creating a space that reflects ENTOS’ design values and supports their growing team.
