Freeman, a global leader in brand experience and the world’s largest tradeshow vendor, partnered with Scott + Reid to build out its 65,000-square-foot Dallas headquarters at International Plaza. Spanning three floors, the space blends modern design with functional flexibility to support Freeman’s creative, hybrid work environment.
The scope included a new reception, private and open offices, huddle and conference rooms, break areas, and unique elements like a monumental staircase and “the Hub”—a central collaboration and lounge space. Premium finishes such as custom millwork, decorative lighting, acoustic treatments, and moss and tile feature walls elevate the environment while supporting productivity and branded experiences.
From concept through completion, Scott + Reid delivered an immersive and flexible headquarters environment that reflects Freeman’s position at the forefront of the global event and experiential marketing industry.
