Enhancements across all three towers have included updated lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, skybridges, conference centers, tenant lounges, and white-box suites. All work was carefully phased to keep tenant disruption to a minimum in this high-traffic environment.
Exterior improvements focused on creating a more modern arrival experience. Scott + Reid installed three large-scale steel and glass canopies, replaced granite façades with sleek ACM panels, and revitalized the landscape with decorative paving, upgraded lighting, and new seating. Work was completed while the towers and adjacent retail center remained fully operational.
