As part of a strategic relocation and expansion, GPM Law partnered with Scott + Reid to renovate two and a half floors at Quorum Place—creating a refined law office environment designed to support the demands of their modern legal practice.
Tailored to the needs of attorneys and professional staff, the space features hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and custom-built millwork with recessed storage. All restrooms and break areas were rebuilt to enhance daily workflow and client service.
Scott + Reid also coordinated AV, low voltage, and move logistics as part of a comprehensive project delivery. Strategic value engineering helped preserve the firm’s design goals while optimizing cost and constructability—resulting in a custom-built legal workplace with long-term function and prestige.
