Scott + Reid was selected to lead the full interior build-out of Haynes Boone’s new five and a half floor, 146,000-square-foot headquarters at Harwood No. 14, one of Uptown Dallas’s premier Class AA towers. A nationally recognized law firm, Haynes Boone sought a space that would reflect the sophistication of its brand while supporting 220 attorneys and professionals across 40 legal departments.
Scott + Reid’s preconstruction team played a critical role from day one—aligning evolving design concepts with market realities, maintaining guaranteed maximum price (GMP) certainty, and assembling a top-tier group of subcontractors. Every square foot reflects precision: from the grand curved staircase built offsite with 3D imaging, to Skyfold walls, custom millwork, perforated wood panels, acoustic ceiling treatments, and a commercial-grade kitchen.
The result is an award-winning legal office environment that balances performance with refinement. The project was named a finalist for the 2025 D CEO Commercial Real Estate Awards and received a CoreNet Global Award for excellence in workplace design for projects over 50,000 square feet.
