Scott + Reid completed the interior buildout of III by Wolfgang Puck, a premier fine dining restaurant atop the John P. McGovern Texas Medical Center Commons Building in Houston. The project transformed the space into an elegant destination reflecting Wolfgang Puck’s renowned culinary excellence and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
The fast-track renovation included demolition of the existing restaurant and bar, followed by construction of an upscale dining room, private meeting spaces, an outdoor terrace, and updated restrooms—all completed within a demanding 15-week schedule.
High-end finishes define the atmosphere, with rich mahogany paneling, a custom wood-slatted ceiling, and a curved aluminum and glass canopy. Architectural features like stacked stone fireplace walls and linear burning fireplaces add warmth and sophistication. Custom banquette seating, stone inlay flooring, and integrated wine storage support both style and seamless restaurant operations.
