Scott + Reid partnered with ownership to reimagine International Plaza through a series of capital improvements focused on enhancing tenant experience and amenity offerings across the Dallas campus.
The project introduced a full-service café with multiple food stations, flexible dining areas, lounge and game spaces, a coffee bar, outdoor patios, and a modern fitness center with locker rooms. Upgraded meeting spaces include a high-tech boardroom, training center, and huddle rooms designed for flexible collaboration.
Design elements like a glass and wood staircase, tiered platform seating, living walls, lacquered panels, and custom millwork bring the refreshed spaces to life—balancing function with a distinct sense of style.
Completed in phases with careful coordination, the transformation positions International Plaza as a vibrant, amenity-rich workplace destination for top-tier tenants.
