Kirksey entrusted Scott + Reid to deliver the finish-out of their new Dallas office, creating a modern and inspiring workspace that supports their rapid growth and design ethos. Scott + Reid completed a 7,143-square-foot office featuring an open layout, conference and training rooms, and collaborative break areas, all crafted with high-end finishes and thoughtful architectural details.
The space showcases acoustic fabric-wrapped panels, custom millwork including a live-edge wood island, diamond-polished floors, and a wall of acoustic panels resembling exposed brick in the break area. Scott + Reid installed an energy-efficient Variant Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system to provide optimal climate control throughout the space.
Built to meet LEED Gold certification standards, the office reflects Kirksey’s commitment to sustainability while fostering creativity and collaboration in Dallas’ vibrant Design District.
