Scott + Reid was selected by longtime partner Cawley Partners to deliver a striking addition to Building B at Kirkwood Oaks in Southlake, Texas. This project expanded the Class-A office complex with a new lobby featuring a dramatic glass curtain wall with bronzed framing and a zero roofline, creating a welcoming entrance. Inside, large-format tile flooring, Venetian plaster walls, and back-painted glass details enhance the modernized elevator lobby and professional environment.
The expansion includes a connector bridge and extensive hardscape improvements that unify the campus. Well-appointed conference rooms, break areas, and management offices extend from the lobby, while a monumental staircase with white oak landings and glass railings seamlessly connects the basement and ground floors. Illuminated pathways and site features further elevate the tenant experience.
