The project carefully balanced modern upgrades with the building’s historic charm, including refreshed elevator lobbies featuring metal-toned panels and integrated lighting, an updated security desk with stainless steel and stone finishes, comprehensive basement renovations, and striking exterior improvements such as a new canopy, custom back-lit signage, and painted ACM panels that complement the adjacent 1111 Main Garage.
Extensive planning and coordination ensured tenant safety and minimized disruption throughout construction. Measures included protective walkways, after-hours work, and daily cleaning to maintain smooth pedestrian and traffic flow.
