Scott + Reid partnered with fast-growing engineering firm LJA Engineering to renovate their 27,307-square-foot Dallas office into a modern, collaborative workspace designed to support growth and productivity. The renovation includes flexible open work areas, private offices, and a specialized training center customized for the firm’s needs.
Key design features include a striking Dallas roadmap graphic, open-to-deck ceilings that bring in natural light, frosted glass office fronts for privacy with openness, polished concrete flooring, custom banquette seating, and a premium lighting package.
Completed on an accelerated 14-week schedule, the project benefited from Scott + Reid’s clear communication and smooth coordination, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. This success led to Scott + Reid being chosen for the interior remodel of LJA Engineering’s headquarters in West Houston, further strengthening the ongoing partnership.
