Locke Lord

PROJECT DETAILS

Locke Lord, a prestigious national Am Law 100 firm with a significant Texas presence, engaged Scott + Reid to renovate 75,000 square feet across three floors in Houston’s JPMorgan Chase Tower. The new space features receptions, private offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, mock courtrooms, executive boardroom, and library—designed to support the firm’s sophisticated legal practice.

Finishes include large-format stone flooring, back-painted glass walls, and custom wood and stone transaction counters. Private offices feature pendant glass framing with integrated lighting. Conference and courtroom spaces are equipped with acoustical panels, folding partitions, and advanced A/V systems. The executive boardroom blends modern design elements with refined materials, while the breakroom offers ample seating and elegant millwork.

Scott + Reid completed all demolition and renovations while the office remained fully operational, carefully phasing work to minimize disruption. The end result is a refined, fully functional legal workspace that enhances operational efficiency and reflects Locke Lord’s commitment to excellence.
