Scott + Reid partnered with Modisoft to build out their new Houston headquarters, an elevated workspace designed to support their continued growth as a global leader in retail technology. This 19,250-square-foot space spans two floors and will welcome both local and international clients to experience Modisoft’s full suite of point-of-sale systems, hardware, and smart retail solutions.
The project transformed a white-boxed shell into a high-performance workplace featuring open ceilings, executive offices, collaborative work zones, and a fully branded showroom known as “The Hive.” Throughout the space, integrated technology, acoustical design, and high-end finishes reflect Modisoft’s innovative approach to retail operations.
Key design features include acoustical felt panels engraved with the Houston skyline, porcelain countertops and signage, suspended millwork lighting, and a bold orange lacquered wood feature wall. All offices use a custom glass wall system designed for full soundproofing, while AV integrations include over a dozen recessed display monitors and advanced lighting controls.
This modern, branded environment gives Modisoft the space and functionality to host clients, demonstrate products, and continue leading the evolution of intelligent retail.
