My Possibilities

PROJECT DETAILS

My Possibilities, a first-of-its-kind non-profit providing higher education for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, partnered with Scott + Reid to build a new campus designed to expand opportunity and access. The 70,000-square-foot project includes two buildings: an administrative and classroom facility, and a second structure dedicated to experiential learning, life skills programs, and a full-service dining hall—supporting more than 300 additional students.

Creating an environment that feels collegiate, empowering, and inclusive required more than just classroom space. The buildings integrate flexible learning areas, specialized program rooms, and communal spaces that support both academic development and social connection.

As a proud partner in the mission, Scott + Reid provided preconstruction services at no cost and worked closely with trade partners to contribute added value throughout the process.

Built with care and purpose, the campus stands as a vibrant, permanent home for an underserved community—and a testament to what’s possible when construction supports a greater cause.
